Outcomes: The animated video worked virally through the organisation to raise awareness of the initiative which resulted in a high take-up of the program.
We created an animation to support the delivery of internal cultural change through the Oxford Share initiative.
The target was to achieve mass participation in the programme. Also for employees to understand the value of greater transparency and sharing of information across departments within a global publishing company.
